Shipping
Fast and accurate shipping is a must at George’s Garage. Orders are processed and shipped the next day. George’s Garage ships by United States Postal Service within the continental USA. Shipping outside of the USA is also handled via USPS. All orders are shipped prepaid. We also ship via United Parcel Service (next day, second day, and ground) upon request.
Returns
Before returning any product to George’s Garage, the following criteria must be followed:
- Call George’s Garage to obtain an RCA number prior to returning parts.
- Returned items must be packaged properly to prevent damage during shipping. Damaged parts due to poor packaging are considered non-returnable and will be returned to the owner at their expense.
- All returns must be sent prepaid. No CODs will be accepted.
- All returns must include a return authorization number, a copy of the original invoice, and a reason for the return.
- Under no circumstances are damaged, altered, or unusable parts returnable.
- No refunds or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
- Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Cancelled orders prior to shipment will be refunded less applicable payment processing fees.
Warranty
All George’s Garage tools are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for life. Tools that fail to meet these conditions will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of George’s Garage.
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact George’s Garage and return the tool in question. No warranty will be issued without return of the tool. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the tool is part of a kit, only the defective item needs to be returned.
